The partnership began with a collaborative design and planning phase, leading to an accelerated initial release aligned with Truist's agile practices. Truist Merchant Engage is being rolled out in phases, with client migrations ongoing.

The platform is designed to provide SMBs with a unified digital experience—featuring real-time dashboards, intelligent onboarding, and self-service tools. These capabilities are expected to help business owners gain comprehensive visibility across sales channels and locations, simplifying access through a single, secure platform that reduces complexity and administrative friction. The platform contextualizes transaction data to provide actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making.
